CBT Edge is an educational platform that allows users to upload PDF documents and generate Computer-Based Tests (CBTs) for learning, revision, and practice purposes. The Service is intended to assist students and learners and should not be considered a substitute for official examinations or educational advice.
Users may use many features of the Service without creating an account. However, an account is required to save quiz progress, review previous quizzes, and continue unfinished quizzes. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any activities performed through them.
Users agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, violates intellectual property rights, contains malicious software, or violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Uploaded PDFs are processed solely for generating quizzes and related educational content. Users must ensure they have the legal right or permission to upload any document submitted to the Service. CBT Edge does not claim ownership of uploaded PDFs.
CBT Edge uses automated technologies, including OCR and AI-assisted processing, to extract and generate quiz content. While we strive for high accuracy, extraction errors may occasionally occur. Users should verify important information using the original PDF before relying on generated content.
All website content, branding, software, source code, logos, designs, and original materials created by CBT Edge remain the intellectual property of CBT Edge unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times. However, maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily interrupt availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
CBT Edge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Service, including any inaccuracies in generated quizzes or temporary service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, abuses the platform, attempts unauthorized access, uploads harmful content, or engages in activities that negatively affect the Service or other users.
The Service integrates trusted third-party providers, including Supabase, Render, Hugging Face, Google Authentication, and other supporting technologies. Their services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
CBT Edge may display advertisements through trusted advertising partners such as Google AdSense. These advertisements help support the operation and maintenance of the Service. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

CBT Edge is intended solely as an educational and self-learning platform. The quizzes generated by the Service are designed to assist users in practice and revision. They should not be interpreted as official examination materials or guaranteed representations of any examination conducted by organizations such as NTA, CBSE, JEE, NEET, or any other educational authority.
